Many home owners worry about the safety and security of their homes when they are away. We have developed a Home Safe service package for those home owners who would like Holiday Home Partners to visit and care for their home during their absence. If you would prefer a different mix of products or services than that suggested below, we would be delighted to work with you to tailor a package to match your needs. We will conduct a thorough external inspection of the property and, if we discover any damage or major issues, we will contact you immediately. We will prepare and send a detailed property status report to you once every month. The report will detail issues that require attention and provide advice on maintenance and/or repairs that may be required. Services - Weekly property security and safety inspection

Fee Terms - Fees are generally payable quarterly, but we will work with you to develop a payment plan that best meets your needs.
