Home Maintenance

Organising the ongoing maintenance of your holiday home can be a real hassle.

We have developed a Home Ready service package for those home owners who would like Holiday Home Partners to organise and monitor the maintenance of your holiday home and its surrounds.

Home Ready service package

We will work with your existing maintenance contractors and/or organise for our pre-qualified contractors to carry out maintenance and repairs in line with the schedule and standards that you require.

If we discover any damage or major issues, we will call you immediately.

We will prepare and send a detailed property status report to you once every month. The report will detail the maintenance and/or repairs that have been carried out and issues that require attention.

As part of our commitment to home owners we will pay home maintenance contractor charges as they fall due and invoice home owners for subsequent reimbursement.

You can rest assured that your home will be cared for and maintained in line with your expectations.

An added bonus will be that your home will be ‘at the ready’ should you want to visit your home for a getaway weekend.

• Coordination of home maintenance,  repairs and improvements including;
• Lawn and garden maintenance – as per agreed schedule
• Building repairs – with prior consent
• Home cleaning and rubbish removal – as required
• Advice on home maintenance, repairs and improvements
• Weekly property security and safety inspection
• Monthly property status report
• Free subscription to our “Local Knowledge” newsletter

Fee

• $9.50 per week

Terms

• The base fee ($9.50 per week) is generally payable quarterly, but we will work with you to develop a payment plan that best suits your needs.
• Additional home maintenance contractor charges will be itemised and billed separately.
• For your convenience, we will pay contractor charges as they fall due and consolidate our fees and all contractor charges on your quarterly invoice.
