We have developed an Income Maximiser service package for those home owners who would like to maximize their opportunities to earn income by letting their homes for the majority of the Christmas/New Year period and other school holidays. Alternatively, if you would like to put your home to work for you, but would prefer to let your home on weekends and/or at other times of the year, we would be delighted to work with you to tailor a package to match your needs. Income Maximiser service package We will help you to prepare your home for holiday rental, advertise and take bookings on the internet, look after your tenants and care for your home. We will assist home owners to develop, lodge and maintain holiday rental advertisements on the internet. This will involve determining competitive tariffs, developing a gallery of digital photographs of the property, developing your webpage layout and marketing messages and lodging advertisements. Potential tenants will contact the owner through the accommodation website. The owner will determine the most suitable tenant, receive the initial deposit confirming a booking and the balance of the tariff prior to the tenancy commencing. The owner would then advise Holiday Home Partners of the tenancy dates and we will do the rest – from greeting the tenant to providing the owner with a written report following each tenancy. Fee - 10 % of total tariff received*
*GST and amounts that may be charged by contractors who carry out cleaning, home maintenance and/or repairs are additional. For your convenience, we will pay contractor charges as they fall due and consolidate our fees and all contractor charges on one invoice.
